Complying with EU agricultural requirements, vacuum packaging at the origin (Netherlands), using a moisturizing technology called Skill Pack, the axe pork chop can retain sufficient moisture, retain gravy during cooking, and the meat is softer, tenderer, smoother and crisper.

Cooking method:
- 1/ BBQ: Grill both sides of the axe pork chop at high temperature to lock in the gravy, then grill over low heat for about 20 minutes (not directly in contact with the fire) and turn it over regularly.
- 2/ Oven: Use a frying pan to quickly fry both sides of the axe pork chop until golden brown, then bake in an oven preheated to 120 degrees for about 45 minutes. Cover the surface of the axe pork chop with tin foil for better results when baking.
- 3/ Baking pan: Preheat the baking pan with butter or olive oil, and fry both sides of the pork axe at high temperature until golden brown, then bake over low heat for about 20 minutes and turn over regularly.
